To fulfill the VALE Assessment Committee's charge to collect and review statistics and other data to be used by the VALE Executive Committee for formal assessments of VALE activities and resources, we ask that all VALE Committees use this seven-point online checklist in planning and implementing any survey of the VALE membership, resources and activities.
