Why doesn't my VALE login work in Adobe Connect?

We use AdobeConnect. You just have to follow the link from your desktop of wherever. There is no log in. If you have a headset/microphone and/or a webcam, we can connect that also.
virtual meeting
I have not done a virtual meeting before and need some instruction. Do I need to install some software? Do I call on my desk phone and go online, or just go online? I do have experience attending online webinars from my office computer but don't know which product/vendor you use for the Ref Services committee.
