- Establishing better vendor relationships/deals -- similar to some of the deals done in California
- More participation in VALE reciprocal borrowing agreements -- goal of 100% at both graduate & undergraduate levels
- Get more participation from all research libraries in the state, not just Rutgers
- Collaborate with NJLA
- Reminder that the issues faced by academic libraries in NJ are really the same issues faced by all types of libraries and NJ and VALE should collaborate with them
- Let's look at the statewide curriculum, libraries need to be part of the development of the curriculum
- Reciprocal borrowing needs to include non-print materials also
- Pool our resources to acquire better deals on non-print materials
