We are pleased to announce the opening of registration for the 2015 VALE / NJ ACRL / NJLA CUS Users' Conference, to be held on Friday, January 9, 2015, at the Rutgers University Busch Campus Center in Piscataway, NJ. We have a full program of 27 excellent breakout and 21 poster sessions, a distinguished keynote speaker, and more to stimulate your interest, including a round of Lightning Talks which will be a new feature of the conference. This is the largest annual gathering of New Jersey academic librarians, and we hope you will join your colleagues and share your ideas on January 9. Our theme is "On the Road to Excellence: Library Pathways to Student and Faculty Success". Melissa Bowles-Terry Head of Educational Initiatives, University of Nevada, Las Vegas Libraries will be our keynote speaker.
To register, go to http://www.valenj.org/conference/2015/ (you'll need to be logged in with your VALE web site account to register - you'll be prompted to create an account if you don't already have one). If you experience problems logging in or completing the registration form online, please use our online contact form at http://www.valenj.org/contact/ to report the problem and request assistance.
After completing the registration form, a page will be returned confirming your registration and displaying your session selections, and you will also receive an emailed confirmation. If you believe you have registered but did not receive confirmation, please email Judy directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that the registration deadline is December 17, 2014. Rolling admisstions will be supported for community college colleagues. The Community College Caucus thanks VALE for recognizing their staffing and budgetary challenges.
